This is what I walk into. Not crisis. Not dysfunction. Just the slow, expensive cost of behavior patterns that nobody has named directly.
The team isn't broken. The behavior is unaddressed. There's a difference and that difference is exactly where the work begins.
THE STAGE 5 BEHAVIORAL PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
This is a system I built and it's been running inside leadership teams and with individual performers for over 25 years.
Everything starts with the 4 Behaviors Assessment.
I created this assessment to identify how an individual naturally operates across four dimensions — how they approach problems, how they connect with people, what their natural pace and rhythm is, and how they value process and structure. That data doesn't sit in a report. It goes directly into a behavioral analysis that tells me exactly what's happening and where the gaps are.
From there the work begins.
With teams, the work runs through the 5 C's, Connection, Communication, Conflict, Collaboration, and Commitment. How does each person on this team connect with others? How do they communicate under pressure? Do they avoid conflict or address it directly? And how are they actually working together when it counts?
With individuals, the work goes deeper - into self awareness, self management, social awareness, and social management. At the center of all four is situational awareness. The ability to read what's actually happening in a room, identify it accurately, and respond with intention instead of reaction.
This is not a personality test. It's not a one-day workshop. It's an operating system for human performance.

I get in the room. That's where it starts. Not on a Zoom call, not in a report I send over, in the room with your leadership team addressing what everyone already knows but nobody has said out loud.
This isn't a workshop. It's not a one-day event. It's an embedded partnership. We identify where the breakdown is, name it directly, and work together until the standard changes.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE WORK
Some work doesn't happen in a room full of people. It happens one on one, direct, honest, and focused entirely on you.
How you approach problems. How you interact with people. How you respond under pressure. How your behavior is showing up in your life, at work, in business and what it's costing you.
Six month minimum. Monthly retainer. In person when possible. Direct always.

I didn't learn how to lead at work first. I learned it at home.
For most of my life I was working hard and going nowhere fast. I didn't understand my own behavior, how I communicated, how I responded under pressure, how I was showing up for the people who needed me most.
When my behavior changed, my life changed. My marriage. My family. My finances. The way I operated in business. Everything shifted once I got honest about who I actually was and how I was showing up.
That's the foundation of everything I do.
For 25 years I've taken that same process into organizations, corporate leadership teams, VPs, directors, executives, pro sports staff, law enforcement, and business owners and entrepreneurs building something from the ground up. Everyone I work with is capable. The gaps are always behavioral. Avoided conversations. Inconsistent standards. Leaders operating below their level because nobody has addressed their behavior directly with them.
I get in the room, identify what's actually happening, and address it directly. That's true whether I'm working with a leadership team of 200 or an entrepreneur running a lean operation.
